Upon arrival, we may need to move furniture in some cases. If you are concerned about anything getting broken while moving your stuff, please remove or relocate any questionable items ahead of your appointment.

Keep in mind if you are a pet owner that at least one door and maybe even a window may need to be left open during the cleaning procedure. Safe practice is to close them into another room in the house that we will not be working in.
Please allow room for our vehicle to get as close as possible to your home. This is necessary to feed equipment into the home.

Should you feel a need to move your appointment or cancel, please let us know as far in advance as possible.

It’s extremely hard to locate the correct rental carpet cleaning equipment that’s right for your particular job. And if you do find it, is the time and rental cost compared to having a professional do it for you? Do you really want to trust rental equipment? There is no exact answer but as a general rule, every twelve months is common. With normal use, your carpet will accumulate dirt, allergens and even bacteria. If you’re not sure how often, check with us. We can evaluate and offer you a schedule based on your household use.
